Each product package purchased from our website is meticulously packed to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in impeccable condition, enclosed within tamper-proof packaging. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping AWB number via email from our shipping partner.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are applicable based on the destination country and will be added during the checkout process in the billing and shipping information page.

Import Taxes and Duties:

While we initiate shipment from Dubai with comprehensive export documentation, all shipments undergo custom clearance within their respective destination countries. Our courier’s customs clearance team will facilitate all clearance formalities. If the recipient is liable for any import duties and taxes, our courier team will notify them prior to delivery. The recipient is required to settle these charges before taking delivery. We recommend that all customers review their country’s import regulations, duties, and taxes before placing an order.

Delivery to Designated Individual:

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide accurate details of the consignee/recipient, including their complete name (matching their government-approved photo identification), address, nearby landmarks, postal code, and contact number.

Upon delivery, the recipient must present one of the following government-recognized identity proofs or address proofs to collect the product. Our courier agent will verify the recipient’s identity before confirming the delivery.

Delivery Location:

We can only deliver orders to residential and commercial locations, not public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on roads.

In case the recipient is unavailable during delivery, our courier company will make three delivery attempts. If the recipient remains unreachable, the product will be returned to our office in Dubai. Should the customer refuse the delivery, the return shipping charges, along with import duties in Dubai, will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your availability during delivery to avoid these charges.
