We understand that you hold each item of jewelry in the highest regard. In the event that you are unhappy with the item, you may always return it to us within 14 days of the day it was delivered to your door.
- Please be aware that in this instance, return shipping within the UAE is free.
- Our customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any jewelry or solitaire purchases if they are unhappy with them.
- The product refund cannot be for more than USD 2,500 for jewelry and USD 6,000 for solitaire diamonds.
- Gold coins, silver items, and anything ordered with particular indications like customization, engraving, personalization, purchase using a promotion code, or purchase using a discount coupon, are not covered by the 14-day refund policy.
Refund Policy
You can request a refund by calling or emailing our customer service team. The terms listed below are necessary for a refund.
- Only if the product is delivered to the registered address within 14 days will you be eligible for a refund.
- You can request a refund by calling or emailing our customer service team. After receiving a reverse packaging kit from us, you must package the item exactly as it was given to you and mail it back to us at your own expense. The refund will be processed after the merchandise is received and successfully goes through the quality inspection.
- In the event that the shipment location is outside of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the client must ship the item back to our UAE address at their own expense.
- If the reverse pickup location is in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), we will conduct the reverse pickup from the location.
- The refund will be processed in 10 working days after we receive the product and have conducted an internal quality check.
- For a refund, the product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- Any product that demonstrates wear and tear, has been resized, altered, or is damaged will not be accepted under the 14-day return policy during the quality check of the goods by our quality check team.
- Gold coins are not covered by the return policy, nor are items ordered with special instructions, such as customization, engraving, or use of a promotion code or discount voucher.
