Exchange Policy
Gold Jewelry
Customers who have purchased gold jewelry from our online store may exchange it there or at any of our physical locations. The exchange’s terms and conditions are shown below:
Exchange Within 15 Days
- The exchange must be done within 15 days of the purchase
- Within 15 days after the invoice date, gold jewelry purchased from our online store may be exchanged there or at any of our stores without incurring any loss in gold weight or making charges.
- As long as the jewelry is in original condition, this exchange is acceptable. Such exchanges are only allowed once each invoice.
Exchange After 15 Days
- After 15 days have passed since the original purchase, an exchange can only be conducted at the current market value of gold.
- Any stone weight (if any) and making fees will be subtracted from the exchange value.
Jewelry Made Of Precious Gems And Diamonds
Jewelry made of diamonds and precious stones can be exchanged online or at any of our retail locations. The exchange’s terms and conditions are shown below:
Exchange Within 15 Days
- Within 15 days of the invoice date, customers who have purchased diamond and precious gem jewelry may exchange it for other diamond and precious gem jewelry, with no value reduction.
- As long as the jewelry is in original condition, this exchange is acceptable. Such exchanges are only allowed once each invoice.
Exchange After 15 Days
- In the event of an exchange for diamond and precious gem jewelry after 15 days, the price calculation for the returned item will be the greater of
- 80% of the total invoice value or
- 100% of the current gold price plus 80% of the current diamond price.
- In the event of an exchange for gold jewelry, the valuation of the returned stock would be the highest of
- 70% of the entire invoice value or
- 96% of the current gold price plus 70% of the current diamond price.
- Exchange regulations will not apply to promotional items and those purchased through special deals.
- Any gifts given at the time of purchase must be returned when exchanging the product, or the gift’s value will be subtracted.
- The customer is responsible for paying all local taxes and fees (where applicable) at the point of exchange.
- Le Paris Diamonds reserves the right to allow or refuse any returns or exchanges at their discretion.
